If you were to look back from the age of 80 and give yourself advice for right now, what would it be?
It would be “Be kind to yourself” and embrace “La Dolce Vita” with strategic “yes’s” and abundant “no’s”. Let go of what doesn’t serve you and continue to be curious and create meaningful experiences and deepen important relationships with love and laughter every day.
What do you love most about your daily work at Gig Talent?
Relationships are everything! I love being a “people connector” to help move ideas and solutions forward in a mutually beneficial way. Too often people don’t know where to turn for help when they need to deal with paradigm shifts in the workplace, talent shortages, and the demands of a rapidly changing global environment. I have the privilege of meeting clients where they are, listening to and understanding how we can help them achieve their goals and facilitating the resources needed. I enjoy exploring new and innovative ways to create and increase value in an organization and working with outstanding colleagues and partners who truly embrace “doing what you love” and having fun in the process.
